MACHINES POLICY

Aesthetic machines are imports direct from our manufacturer overseas. We do have stocks on hand however, some stocks are easily sold out. Arrival of the machines will take between 20-30 days uon receipt of full payment, depending on customs clearance. We cannot guarantee customs clearance delay.

Our machines are the lowest price offer in the market that obtained CE Certification issued by the European Union-am international standard organization. Payments for the machines can be paid either cash, direct bank transfer from this website or credit card payment via Paypal straightswipe with an additional of 3.5% interest charge. If you want to have your payment on installment basis, call your respective bank and request for installment plans. They will provide the computation for you.

Promotions that we provide for the machines are in full payment and we do not allow PDC check payments as the warehouse won’t release the machines until paid in full.

Machines are in 1 year warranty. Warranty period covers parts and workmanship from factory. Warranty period does not cover mishandling or overused caused by the buyer’s side.

We provide free shipping and training (machine set up with correct client procedures) if the buyer is within Metro Manila and Pampanga only. There will be a corresponding shipping/delivery fee if not within the said area.

All machines are provided with free trainig either online or person to person, depending on the client’s preference. Online trainings are free of charge. It is importamt for us to impart to our buyers with proper usage and set up of the machines. All machines are provided with Free training certificates. Maximum of 3 persons.

WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of TBBA Enterprises.

This limited warranty applies to physical goods (machines), and only for physical goods, purchased from TBBA Enterprises.

What does the warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during warranty period.

During the warranty period, TBBA Enterprises will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

TBBA Enterprises will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The client is obliged to return back the deffective parts to us before replacement for proper investigation. If the whole machine has the problem, the client is advised to deliver the machine to our service center for investigation and repair.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for machines purchased from TBBA Enterprises is 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. After a year of warranty, if any problem that may arise we will be more than willing to assist in any repair but with additional cost.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from material or workmanship. TBBA Enterprises will not be liable on any circumstances if the problem was caused by mishandling of machines on the client’s side.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solutions for you. We do not allow a third party electrician to open the machine unless our technicians will allow the client to do so. Opened machine from a third technician will void the warranty.

This is a binding agreement from our clients who purchased machines from us.
